At Samzoh Foods, all our products are freshly prepared food items. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and your order details.

If the issue is verified, we will offer following solution:

• Replacement of the product

Refunds are generally not provided for food items once the order has been delivered.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispatched.
